It's situated in a good area with plenty of dining options and shopping within walking distance. I wasn't too crazy about the sofa bed, it was more like a futon but it was comfortable.

Receptionist was really good. Both ladies. Suite was big, 2 ac’s. Beds is full mattress. Instead of queen size. Only problem I had was the key the card for the parking garage was not able to open the gate.

My family and I loved our stay! Staff were very nice and helpful all the time. We loved the free shuttle within 10kilometers around the area. Breakfast was incredibly good, and the room was super cozy. Definitely will be coming back!

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm and we didnt get checked-in until 5:15pm. There was a homeless man that snook in roaming around the hotel and having breakfast. You can hear all the footsteps from floor above. Room service was knocking at 8 am for cleaning service while check out was at 1pm

Housekeeping told me they don’t change towels everyday she saw the look in my face and gave me fresh towels. The parking light is very dark. Everything else was good.

Not happy. My reservation was for a room for quien size bed and a sofa bed. I asked for upgrade to a king size bed. The assistant told me that she found one to upgrade me. When I went to the room it was not an upgrade and instead she had downgraded me to a room with one queen bed only without a sofa bed as originally paid for. I went back to the reception desk and asked why I was given a room with one queen size only and no sofa bed as in my contract and she said that they did not have that. I was not happy. In my review of the hotel, I explained that and they said that this incident was reported to Expedia but nothing was done about it. I won’t go back to this hotel any more. Not a very professional treatment.

Amazing location. My family and I travel often to tijuana and like to explore new hotels and this one has to be the best one so far. The rooms are very spacious and in great condition. The beds could be better, they are a bit stiff but other than that the rooms are fantastic with a good view. The staff was very friendly except for one of the cooking ladies, whom which we had a very bad experience with. I believe her name is norma. She was rude and unprofessional. Other than that bad experience the hotel overall is fantastic and perfect if you are traveling with a big family. Would highly recommend.

I had an emergency in Tijuana so had to stay overnight picked this hotel from reading other reviews and I’m glad I did. Super modern , clean , Friendly staff. Felt safe in the area too. Was very impressed that checkout was 1pm!!! That was a plus!! Buffet breakfast was delicious!! Front desk lady was very kind and helpful so was the man on the 1st floor .

All staff are Super Nice, and is the second time that we came, the hotel is not a 5 stars hotel because the rooms are no brand new, the building and rooms looks I little older talking about the construction, but the staff keep the hotel clean, maintaining the rooms clean and everything else looks nice…..
