Spend your days boating on Lake Burton, hiking to waterfalls, visiting wineries or exploring downtown Clayton's great restaurants and shops. Nearby Tallulah Gorge and Helen offer even more adventure. The main living area offers a comfortable gathering space with a smart TV, cozy gas fireplace, island with seating for four and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home.

Two queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on this level, along with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Step outside onto the spacious covered porch, one of our favorite places to spend time. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the mountains, share dinner at the outdoor dining table, or settle in around the gas fire pit as the sun sets.

The entire lower level is dedicated to the spacious king bedroom suite, offering a little extra privacy from the rest of the home.

Enjoy a king-size bed, private bathroom and electric fireplace. Just outside, your own covered porch features a private hot tub, comfortable seating and a second gas fire pit.

It's the perfect place to unwind after a day on the lake or exploring the mountains.

UPPER LEVEL | Play & Unwind

Head upstairs to the open loft, a fun bonus space for both kids and adults. Challenge each other to foosball, enjoy classic games on the retro Nintendo system, or curl up in the oversized beanbag with a movie on the large TV.

The home is built along a mountainside with multiple levels, stairs, elevated porches and steep outdoor areas. Please supervise children and use appropriate caution.

The property offers mountain views but does not have a lake view.
