If you are driving yourself you will need 4 wheel drive as the driveway is steep and a bit rocky. Romey will work with you to get you a ride if you need one at a fair price. "We rented two cabins and they were perfect for our stay. The cabins were clean and comfortable and each had a lovely upper and lower deck where we enjoyed listening to the sounds of birds and insects during our stay. We found the location was further than La Fortuna than we expected, so we were glad to have a rental car, but the location was convenient for visiting hot springs and nearby nature reserves. Celia was very helpful in answering my questions. Would definitely stay here again."
