Par contre 2 points négatifs: - Au niveau de la conciergerie: Pas aimable et pas très coopérant: Ce qui est rare dans les hôtels Sheraton. - Nous avions pris l'option Demi-Pension pour les 3 jours: Très peu de choix dans le menu et durant ces 3 jours, exactement la même carte sans aucune variante"

The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, making arrival stress-free after a long day of travel.The facilities were beautiful and well maintained, with the pool being a particular highlight. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The property itself is impressive, modern, clean, quiet, and offers a luxurious atmosphere throughout.The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed during our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made the experience even more enjoyable.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang."
