"The property is located right across from the beach with impressive views. You can actually hear the music and feel the vibe from your room. The staff were kind and welcoming. They left us a special treat for our anniversary which was a wonderful touch. The breakfast is AMAZING!! A full spread with a variety of options! We looked forward to it each day. What a great stay! "Room didn’t seem clean. There was about 10 empty water bottles left in the room from a previous guest. Bed was rock hard. Hot water didn’t work in shower. Staff weren’t very welcoming they were asleep most of the time on the bench. Expensive for what we got! Hour + walk from the main tourist area"

"I had chance to talk to Thuy, the manager to understand all the pain points that they are facing. Thuy was super nice and went through all my point of reviews. All reviews were noticed and listened so I can say staffs were excellent at handling customer. The long waiting of elevator is the key that affects the most when staying here comfortably. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great breakfast menu and great staffs like Thuy, Xuan and other securities always welcome us. "
