Villa Princesa Ico is located just steps from the beautiful, sandy Playa Grande Beach. The promenade, wrapping the coast, is minutes' walk from the villa, with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to relish. The spacious property offers an private pool, and an inviting fusion of modern and light interiors, as well as 3 airy en suite bedrooms. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.  
  
Villa Princesa Ico offers an enviable location just a short stroll from the centre of Puerto del Carmen with its excellent bars, restaurants and nightlife. The beautiful sandy beach of Playa Grande can be reached in a gentle downhill stroll. The fantastic Biosfera shopping centre and the charming Old Town and harbour are also within walking distance. If you want to explore further afield, then the must-see Timanfaya National Park with its stunning volcanic scenery, is just 25 minutes' drive away.
