Villa Nikki is in a great location in Puerto del Carmen. The nearest shops and places to eat are only 5 minutes' walk away and the harbour is 5 minutes further. You will also be around 20 minutes' walk from the main Strip and sandy Playa Grande Beach. Back at the villa there is a large private swimming pool and 2 lounges making this 5 bedroom property ideal for large families and groups. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, pool heating and WiFi are included.

Villa Nikki is located within walking distance to the old town and harbour of Puerto del Carmen. There is a number of shops, bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The main Strip of Puerto del Carmen and parallel beautiful Playa Grande Beach are around 20 minutes on foot. Serious shoppers would be keen to know that Biosfera Shopping Centre, with some high street shops, is 15 minutes' walk away.
