After written complaint the sunbeds were replaced promptly. That’s the only positive I’m afraid. The outside area is much smaller than it appears. Notwithstanding the new beds the other outdoor furniture was dirty and extremely dated. Inside the villa could have been cleaner. We put every dish in the dishwasher before we could use them. Every item mismatched and chipped. There was 6 of us - would have been nice to have 6 glasses the same. Beds were clean and comfortable and showers were great but no one in our group was happy to use basement bedroom or bathroom so that limited our use of the villa. I’m sorry but I would not recommend this villa to a friend. I had been liaising by email and that was good. I was told to call on arrival day to check if the villa was ready early but the guy I spoke with was in Greece and he insisted 16:00 was the entry time. As it turned out we went there around 14:00 and got the keys. I don’t think there had been anyone in the villa in a while hence the greasy feel on the dishes. I used what was available to clean the floors too - not what I wanted to do on holiday ☹️

Sisters Birthday

The location of the property is good with a short stroll to the front however the property is in need of renovation with broken tiles around the pool and the downstairs bathroom. The Sofa had what looked like burn marks and needs replacing. Overall the property is tired also not enough outside seating for 6

Das Appartement ist sehr schön, 3 schöne Zimmer, 1 weniger schön. Bitte tauscht die Kaffeemaschine und Perlatoren aus. Es gibt einen Wasserverlust, deshalb läuft die Pumpe Tag und Nacht. Sollte dringend repariert werden! Bitte den Grill umbauen, damit er gescheit funktioniert... Wir haben die ganze Umgebung eingequalmt, weil keine Luftzufuhr.... Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und das Appartement hat allen soweit gut gefallen...

We spend our holidays in this house since several years (sometimes 2 times per year). It´s everytime like coming home. We love the house (in- and outside) and the location There is no noise, but within 5 min walk you are at the promenade/beach with all the shops and restaurants. It´s the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. WE WILL COME BACK !

Fabulous location - quiet location yet only a short walk to the centre of town. Really enjoyed our stay at the villa and the layout was perfect for us. Plenty of towels /pool towels and we were impressed they were changed twice during our stay, bed linen was changed and rubbish taken away too.
