  • Located in Tías, Lanzarote, Villa Casa Sol Y Mar is a spacious and sunny 201 m² holiday home for up to 8 guests—perfect for large groups. The villa features 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy 2 fully equipped kitchens, 3 living rooms and lounge areas with sofas, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, smart TV, fan, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Families will find 2 cots, a high chair, stroller, and access to a playground.



    Outdoors, relax in the private César Manrique-style garden, covered and open terraces, and a large private outdoor pool with thermal cover. The property offers sea and mountain views, a large private barbecue, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and a shaded chill-out area by the pool with comfortable sofas, loungers, fridge, and coffee maker. A tennis court is 15 minutes away.



    Private parking is available on the property, with additional street parking. Pets are welcome for an extra fee. No parties or events allowed; smoking is only permitted outside. Beach towels are provided, and there is storage for bicycles.
