Studio , southfacing sea views , own patio, 2 heated pools, overlooking harbour

  • Our lovely studio has south facing views over 2 solar heated swimming pools joined by a waterslide, looking over the harbour and across the sea to Fuerteventura.
    The privately owned complex is small and friendly with pool bar and terrace offering a selection of food and drink throughout the day. There are many sun-lounges and parasols to relax in the sun all day. The complex is situated in the old town of Puerto Del Carmen and within easy walk to many fantastic restaurant's.

    Details:
    Our studio is fully furnished with new kitchen, microwave ,hob ,fridge, toaster and kettle, all utensils, crockery , cutlery and glasses. Fold down table for eating in

    Twin beds, bedside cabinets, chest of draws, cupboard with hangers, Fibre TV with full international channels, live sports free Wifi

    Separate bathroom with washbasin , toilet and shower, and
    provided with 2 beach towels , all bath towels and linen.

    Additional equipment : hairdryer, ironing facilities, electric fan

    Outside : Patio with 2 sunbeds , parasol ,table and 2 chairs

    NOTES :
    Bedding and towels are provided and changed weekly

It is sad to be writing this review as we met the owners and they seemed so nice. The cleanliness of the apartment was unacceptable. The outside area needed cleaning and sweeping we swept it. There was a container with cushions in all the plastic plants were dusty and under the clothes rail was the mop and broom. The indoor floor certainly has not been cleaned for sometime and there was so much dust under the beds. We found lots of hairs black throughout. In the toilet was a really dirty toilet brush not sure if it was rusty or covered faeces, disgusting. The shower tiles needed a good polish and clean. There were two fans one was rusty. During our stay we had cockroaches on three separate occasions. Response from owner was to spray them and it is normal. Internet stopped and owner attended property without informing us. On a positive great position, well stocked kitchen The microwave wire was damaged due to the hob as it is positioned so if plugged in the hob burns it. Sadly we would not stay here again due to the cleanliness issues

Lovely cozy studio with sunny terrace close to old town

The apartment is on a friendly complex perfectly situated for the old town. The terrace gets sun from early morning till late afternoon and has comfortable padded sun lounges and seats to enjoy it. The pool area seemed clean and popular although we did not use it. Appeared to be plenty loungers if required. All local restaurants we used were good quality and price. Big shout out for the Nags Head for good beer, sports and very friendly and accommodating service. All in all we had a great week and would definitely return. Complex WiFi did not reach apartment would be our only area of improvement.

Super appartement !

Avec ma fille, nous avons beaucoup aimé ce séjour. L'appartement est très fonctionnel. La résidence est super, calme et propre. Les deux piscines sont très bien aussi. Les alentours sont mignons. Nous recommandons !
