Surrounded by volcanoes and natural landscapes, it offers a perfect setting to disconnect, relax and explore the island with complete comfort. The property has a private swimming pool for exclusive use (9 × 4 metres, maximum depth of 1.50 m, not heated) and open views towards the mountains and the Tegoyo volcano. We are a few minutes from La Geria, with its wineries, vineyards and volcanic routes, as well as Tías, where you will find supermarkets and everything necessary for your stay. Moreover, Peñas Blancas has stable fibre optic WiFi with approximate speeds of 100 Mbps, ideal for leisure or teleworking. Comfortable and Functional Interior Spaces The accommodation is an independent studio, located next to the owners' residence, but guaranteeing absolute privacy. It features a double bed, safe, living area and views of the volcano. Outside, guests can enjoy a large private pool in the style of a jameo, terrace with sun loungers, garden, barbecue area and outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing under the Lanzarote sun. Included Amenities and Welcome Peñas Blancas is delivered fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, guests will receive a welcome pack, which includes water, milk, tea and coffee sachets, sweet and savoury biscuits, half a bottle of local wine, and a basic cleaning kit. For stays of one week or more, a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request. This service involves an additional cost, separate from the booking, and includes changing bed linen and towels, rubbish removal, replenishing gel, lotion and toilet paper, as well as a refresh of the accommodation. The owners straight at hand for us and sorted it quickly, thank you. Arrived at the Villa, A welcome pack left for us, which was lovely Tea, Coffee, Milk, water, wine, sugar, olives, nuts. Very nice after a long trip thank you . Villa spotlessly clean with plenty of towels to use for the bathroom and pool towels . The bed was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Outside area beautiful views, very well kept gardens, pool was clean and a nice size. Sun loungers and some nice little areas to sit out in the shade if needed. Such a tranquil beautiful area . Das Haus ist klein, aber fein. Der Pool ist wunderschön angelegt im Jameo-Style und sehr erfrischend. Durch die höhere Lage des Hauses findet man hier absolute Ruhe und Entspannung - genau das hatten wir gesucht. Bei kleineren Anliegen war der Vermieter Andrés jederzeit erreichbar und stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Hier fühlt man sich willkommen und jederzeit in den besten Händen. Ich wünschte, wir könnten etwas von der Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft zurückgeben, denn das hätten alle Beteiligten verdient. Auto ist ein muss, geparkt kann direkt vorm Haus. Der Weg ist tagsueber einfacher auszumachen als bei Nacht, da die Strasse teilweise nicht beleuchtet ist. Direkt im Lavafeld gelegen, sehr interessant. SEHR ruhig. Schoener Pool zur Alleinenutzung, Haus von Eigentuemern liegt direkt hinterm Unterkunft, ueber dem Pool ist deren Terasse. Wir haben uns nicht ganz wohl gefuehlt zwischendurch auf dem Praesentierteller. Pool deswegen war auch nur Deko fuer uns, genauso wie sehr schoener Grillbereich. Wenn die Besitzer im Urlaub waeren - Jackpot. Den Glueck hatten wir nicht. Uns hat keiner gestoert, allerdings selber stoeren will man auch nicht bei der Stille und Ruhe. Aussenbereich schoen angelegt, Im Haus viel Platz, das Bett fuer Zwei ist allerdings viel zu klein und dazu scharfkantig. Sofa ist dafuer riesig und bequem. Duschkabine etwas zu eng mit sinnloser wasserstrahl- massage Saule. Sonst ist Bad absolut in Ordnung. Lichtkonzept im Raum - gibts keinen, dafuer genug Lichtquellen. Kueche in Ordnung. Genug Platz und Kuechenzeug, allerdings skurillerweise keine Buttermesser. Auch kein Salz/Pfeffer. Zum einkaufen sind wir nach Tias gefahren, Superdino. Guter Supermarkt mit Tiefgarage. Noch naeher ist Spar , da waren wir allerdings nicht. Ferienwohnung ist strategisch ganz gut gelegen, ziemlich in der Inselmitte verkehtstechnisch. Check in und out gelaufen ohne Probleme.
