WiFi and pool with view Totally refurbished modern apartment perfect for couples. In a quiet complex but situated right in the heart of the old town of Puerto Del Carmen. It has a large south facing balcony with all day sun. Equipped with loungers and table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and catch the panoramic sunsets. Sun awning available to provide shade when required. The apartment has a double bed with a quality mattress. The holiday home has everything you will need to have a great holiday, including free WIFI, TV with English/Irish/Dutch, French and German speaking channels. There an iron and ironing board, full size washing machine, free safe for valuables , toaster, microwave, kettle,coffee maker, full size oven and ceramic hob. All the usual kitchen utensils available. Modern bathroom with walk in shower. Linen and towels are provided and changed on stays over 7 days on request. The apartment is in a well run quiet complex with a lovely communal pool and the pool area also has great views with plenty sun loungers and a pool bar serving snacks and drinks. Situated in a great location, only a few minutes walk to local supermarkets, the best restaurants and bars in the old town of Puerto Del Carmen.The beach is also only a few minutes walk away. Firstly, communication with Naldo was fantastic, we were contacted imediatley when we requested information on the apartment and booking the apartment was very straight forward. We were met at the apartment with keys and an overview on where everything was. The apartment was very well equipped and included extras you usually have to pay for such as Internet access, TV, washing machine and a safety deposit box. There is also a ceiling fan for those hot day's. On the balcony there is a nice table and two chair to enjoy along with two sun lounger. There are beach towels too so that saved on bringing some in the luggage. We would highly recommend renting this apartment due to the modern feel, great location, friendly owners and an amazing view which looks out onto the ocean and also gives a birds eye view of the ports going ons. We are looking forward to our next visit and will definetly be staying here again. ##### Kirstine G.
