Just a few steps from the seaside promenade and sandy beach in Puerto del Carmen, the holiday home La Lujancita is located in a central yet quiet area and impresses guests with its terrace and great ocean views. The spacious home with tasteful decor consists of a living room with sofa bed (for one person), an elegant dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. In the outdoor area you will find a furnished, south-facing terrace with marvelous ocean views and comfortable sun loungers, where can you relax on warm afternoons with a good book. There is furthermore a barbecue and table ideal for al fresco dining. A supermarket and a pizzeria are just a few meters from the house while the romantic seafront promenade, with its wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars, is just 2 minutes walking or 200 m from your front door. Here you will additionally find the long beach Playa Grande, whose golden sand and glittering waves await you for a long day of swimming and tanning beneath Lanzarote’s sun.



Parking spaces are available on the property and there is plenty of street parking in the area.

Great property and host

We really enjoyed our stay, the barbecue and al fresco dining on the balcony with sea views the highlight. Close to the beach but faraway enough to avoid the noise and great central location. Not too keen on Puerto Del Carmen promenade, very ex pat but with a hire car great location for seeing all the great sights Lanzarote has to offer.

Another perfect holiday in this fantastic house.

Pros: The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Location is great, close enough to the main strip but in a nice quiet area. Hosts are super friendly and happy to be contacted if needed. They arranged a taxi for our return to airport. We have stayed here before and will return again. Spacious , comfortable, super clean. Well equipped kitchen , great showers. Love the terrace upstairs for sunbathing and lovely views. Cons: Can not fault , everything is lovely.

A beautiful house to stay in for your holiday we knew as soon as we entered this home that we had made the perfect choice.Very spacious ,immaculately clean and everything you need to make your holiday prefect.The view from the upstairs terrace was amazing the BBQ area a real bonus and the covered carport was ideal for keeping the car cool.Very tastefully decorated inside with plenty of seating options, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. two lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms what more could you wish for.Thank You Sarah for letting us stay in your lovely home we wil be back again soon.

5 star spacious villa with great views

This is an amazing property, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It is only 5mins walk to the main seafront yet it is calm and peaceful. There is lots of outdoor space, my favorite was the upstairs terrace which gets lots of sun. There are two beautiful bathrooms and the bed was very comfortable. Sarah is a magnificent host and from my first email until she dropped us back to the airport yesterday she was helpful and obliging. This is the best rental I have experienced in 14 trips to Lanzarote. I hope to return next year. Highly recommended.

Im großen und ganzen sehr gut

es war alles da was wir brauchten und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit Agustin war super. Das Internet war für 5 Personen etwas lahm und für die Jahreszeit wäre eine Klimaanlage gut gewesen. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen und können es weiter empfehlen.

Had a lovely 4 week stay. The house was in a great location. The bus route was good and easy to use.

The house was very clean, with a weekly cleaner to change the towels and sheets +. The house had everything you need to make it home from home. The beds were comfortable as was the sofa downstairs. The kitchen was very well equipped with a cooker and fridge freezer. the washing machine was a great bonus.Lidl was a 15 min walk away and a cab back cost €3.90. Beach towels were provided and there was also cool bags to use. The balony had nice beds with a lovely view. Very peaceful area with little traffic noise. All English TV channels with Netflix was a great bonus for those nights in. Sarah and Augustin was only a phone call away if you needed them. Would definitely stay again.

We could not fault our villa, more spacious inside and out than it seemed on the pics. It is beautifully decorated they really have thought of everything! Lovely hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Very close to shops and restaurants but still very private, we would definitely come back again, and I hope we will!

Das Haus präsentierte sich exakt analog der Beschreibung. Die Lage in 3. Reihe abseits der Hauptpromenade hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man geht ca. 5 Minuten zur Promenade und zum Strand. Die Aufteilung und Einrichtung des Hauses entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen und ist für ungezwungene Urlaubstage perfekt. Man findet alles vor, was man benötigt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön eingerichtet und die Bäder sind neu ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Sarah war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen.

Well equipped accommodation in good location just a few mins from the beach. This property is well kept and nicely decorated with everything you would need for a home from home holiday experience. Ideally located a few mins walk to all shops bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket less than 100m from front door and great sea views from the balcony. Owners very nice and easy to communicate with. Would recommend and would definitely stay again if returning to Lanzarote.
