Villa Frances is located just a few kilometres from the airport and just a 5-minute walk from the lovely beaches of Puerto de Carmen. Villa francés has 3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 twin rooms and 1 double bedroom with a master bathroom. Upstairs there is the fully fitted kitchen / dining area with the spacious lounge with Full UKTV and wifi. Enjoy a glass of sangria on the balcony whilst admiring the beautiful sea views, or have a refreshing dip in the private heated pool. The private patio area complete with barbecue and cactus garden is perfect for al fresco dining! As the Villa is detached and the gardens surrounded by walls, you can relax and enjoy maximum privacy. Compared to the heat outside, the interior is surprisingly cool. But whenever the temperature rises, the upstairs, downstairs and outdoor showers are a refreshing alternative to the pool. Lanzarote is the best island of the Canaries with the longest recorded sunshine hours. Couple of things to consider, there is no air-con and 2 fans supplied wasn't working, but nice breeze anyway so didn't need them. Kitchen could do with some updating. Swimming pool is very deep, no shallow end and the grandchildren didn't want to go in much as they are not strong swimmers. It is a long very steep walk up hill and could be a difficult if you have any back or knee issues however the taxi service is very good. Lots of nice restaurants to choose from and days out.
