Completely refurbished Airport 10 minutes by car or 20 by public bus. Charming apartment is just 1 minute walk from the beach and the town center. The airport 10 minutes by car or 20 public bus. The apartment is fresh and delicious, recently renovated, ideal for couples or singles. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. For your enjoyment the house has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, automatic washing machine, dryer, TV, rents exclusively and includes everything you need for your stay, towels, sheets, baby kit, kitchen utensils, changes of bed linen , etc. It has 1 double bed of 1.8x2m, private bathroom, living room and private terrace. If I needed anything else, I would solve it. We are from Lanzarote, we are always at the client's disposal to transmit security and offer well-being, as I would like to be helped if I were the guest. We offer advice of any kind on advice and itineraries so that your holidays enjoy them to the fullest! You will find the nearest beach just 100 meters from the apartment, so you just have to worry about choosing where to place your umbrella! Puerto del Carmen is known for diving, since the conditions around that part of the island are very favorable for this sport. There you can also practice other activities such as golf (in the Lanzarote Golf Resort at 3.3km), fishing, cycling and rafting. While many shops in the city are 1 minute walk. You will also find in the area a wide variety of boutiques and international brands. The area also offers a vibrant nightlife, with a variety of clubs and bars - some of which remain open until 6 am. On the other hand, those seeking relaxation can enjoy a cocktail on the quiet terraces of one of the restaurants in the old town. Right in the middle of where it’s all happening but yet lovely and quiet at night despite being so close to pubs etc. Don’t be put off by the somewhat grotty alleyway to gain access to the apartment. This concerned us on arrival but the apartment made up for it. The beach is literally on the other side of the road. The view to the sea was almost perfect. Just don’t look down at the rear yard of the Irish pub next door. Not exactly pretty but the didnt bother us. There were workmen building a wall below us during our time there but they didn’t really annoy us as we spent most days away from the property. We ate in a few times but to be honest eating out is so inexpensive in PDC we chose to eat out mostly. Beds clean and very comfy with a change of sheets and extra pillow if required.
