We had a wonderful stay at The Oriental Jade Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and many attractions. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the rooftop pool and bar offered amazing views of Hanoi. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The service was excellent, all employees are so friendly and helpful. We are going back for sure.also the hotel is only 9 minutes walk to train coffee, which is very popular foe tourist.

The staff works extremely hard, the breakfast is OK. My main issue is the rooms look nothing like the pictures online. Small, dark and dated. The location is in a good location close to a great location, you can probably do better!
