"Beautifully renovated property with a lot of thought into what guests might need whilst there. Spacious bedrooms, lovely cosy lounge and gorgeous kitchen space. Even managed to try the hot tub in the rain! Seemed pricey for the location, but having stayed in the property was worth the extra. We’ll definitely return next time we visit family back home."

"Our family of 5 (13,16,16, 2-adults) had a great experience! Dave and Cath we VERY responsive to all questions, and the home was perfect. They live on a great hobby farm with lots of animals to see. Perfect 5min walk to a cute small town including: grocery, meat market, coffee, and great shopping, great views, excellent hospitality (and the farm fresh eggs and brownies we delish!). For the golfers, there’s even an excellent 18 hole golf course 5 minutes away! Don’t miss out on this rental!"

"Comfortable bedrooms; adequate kitchen (needed a few more pots and pans and serving dishes) and dining facilities. Kids loved the big TVs and available programs. Great location in Crookes neighborhood with shops, pubs and other amenities nearby, and close to bus to city center. Host was attentive and responsive to any questions we had."

The cottage provided every comfort you need, it is quaint, has beautiful features that have been incorporated into a contemporary makeover. "Good location for traveling locally to the city centre and surrounding areas a bus rout goes past the property road can be busy at times as it’s a routine bus route. The house is the up to standards as advertised and very comfortable and furnished to the expectations as listed . Highly recommended and will stay here on future visits to Sheffield. Correspondence with the host is excellent and the access to the house very simple with keypad coded locked system in place . As it was for a family...

"8 of us rented this property while attending a friend's wedding. The location was excellent- it was nice to be on a quiet street so close to a main road. We were able to walk to tons of places and the shops/cafes/bars were great. The property was clean and well stocked. The communication was consistent and the check-in and check-out was very easy. The space accommodated our large group very easily and we had a great stay."

"We stayed here last April (2023) and it was fine but the back garden was a disappointment and we andvised them of this issue. Unfortunately, even though the drain has been sorted the garden has gotten much worse and needs attention for little cost. Also the neighbours hang their washing over the fence which isn’t a very nice sight to see in a morning. The house itself is fine with everything you need. A long mirror somewhere downstairs would be helpful and a mirror in the first floor bathroom...

"I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "

"Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. "
