"Lovely small cottage. Just the job for a short stay in the Derbyshire Dales. The cottage was easy to find but we did have some difficulty accessing the rear of the property. It is very narrow and the parking space is very tight. The property is very quaint and has everything you would need for a short stay. Very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was with the outside area. The steps leading down to the property at the rear are very steep and would be difficult when wet with no hand...

"Lovely little cottage. Owners very helpful as had to phone because we couldnt get heating working. They responded immediately but it was our fault. Milk, bubbly ,and other little extras were a kind gesture. Food in pub next door very good."

"We had a great experience while staying here. We had booked the two cottages for my mum's surprise birthday and I have a large family. This was a great place to do this as there was a pool which entertained us all and enough space that you weren't in each other's space. It had beautiful views and a hiking tail right on the doorstep for anyone interested in a lovely walk. It wasn't far to get to local shops/bars/pubs. I would stay here again"

"We spent a week at Law Brook Farm Cottage and we had a lovely stay. The views across Yorkshire from the main window are amazing. The cottage is very well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The shower is great. As the weather was not kind to us, we benefited from the log burner in the evenings and so felt cosy and warm. "Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. "
