"Chose the home because it was so large, easy to spread out, modern, and it had a pool! In the end, what we really loved were the 4 porches and the game room (particularly pacman and ping pong). The weather was much less than ideal during our stay, so we utilized those spaces quite a bit and really enjoyed ourselves because of them. Would love to return again on warmer days! The location is also fantastic, especially with a big group. Can easily walk to beach, bay, shopping, restaurants, minigolf, etc. No need to get into the car at all."

"Wonderful home. Enjoyed our stay. Walked to all. Great location. Would rent again. One minor maintenance issue with the back door needed. The screen door needs repair and doesn’t close and latch shut. Our last night it was raining and the wind kept opening and the door and slamming it shut. Not pleasant but should be an easy fix."
