"The location on Long Beach Island was exceptional and being right on the beach was wonderful!!! The staff was very hard-working; attentive and friendly. Shout-out in particular to Josephine at front desk whose bubbly, warm personality and attentive professionalism made a positive difference that added to our stay. The room was definitely NOT worth the price we paid - it should have been wider and have a much bigger bathroom and more than one outlet. The carpet needed replacement (very stained). The food & drinks at the restaurant/beach bar were fabulous (we did not need to go elsewhere to eat & drink). The outdoor pool was useless to us since it was packed every day (starting early) with tons of kids. LBI is a place to visit on the whole solely for the beautiful ocean views and looooong beach."

"Love being able to park the car and walk to everything! My only recommendation would be to provide more towels and replace the metal hangers in the closet with plastic ones. My family always has a great week and never wants to come home."

"We loved our stay! The property was great for our party of 6-10. The location was perfect in that it was close to everything… beach, bay, shopping, bars and restaurants. It was right in the center of town, on the main road, but still felt like you had your privacy on the deck or in the backyard. Communication with our host was super easy. Would definitely rent again."
Cottage in the heart of Beach haven!

"The cottage is cute set back from the road, Parking though is hard to find. I parked in the driveway because there were no spots on the street. The next day I received an email telling me to move my car or be towed. I assumed that is where you parked but as requested moved to a spot I found down the street. The cottage is just as described. The living room was adequate with a tv, a sofa and a loveseat. My only compliant is that there was no cable. It was mostly apps which brought you to old shows and a few network news shows which repeated during the day. You could not get any of the network TV shows as they were being broadcast. There was Netflix though. The air conditioning was good for main area but there is none in the other rooms. The kitchen had most of what as needed. There is a stove and a frig. The coffee maker is a Keurig, so make sure to bring or buy some K cups if you want coffee. It could use an electric teapot to boil water and a toaster oven. There was a toaster as well as plates and utensils to use. The bathroom is tiny. It had a toilet, a sink and a tiny shower. I had to duck to wash my hair and you had to watch that you turned the spout towards the inner wall or the water would squirt on the floor behind you. There was a plastic sheet there but it didn't cover the whole area. Both bedrooms were of a nice size with new beds.. Beach towels and linens for the beds were provided but make sure you bring your own as well. All in all, not bad for the price on LBI"

"This rental was in the perfect location. We walked to everything. It was a bit of a walk to the beach so we did drive to the beach. There was ample park on any street you would choose. Theresa was great regarding any and communications. The tenants in the house in front were the best renters/neighbors too! Thank you for a great vacation!"
