"This no frills cottage was very, very clean! Location was great and parking was easy. I do think the pictures make the rooms look a bit larger than they actually are. It would be a tight squeeze with 4 adults, but it was ok for my mom and I. Given that it was raining one of the days we were there, I do wish the stools at the counter were the appropriate height. My mom and I are petite and sitting at the breakfast bar put the counter at about our armpits. I also wish there was more surface to place things in the bathroom. The over the sink mirror was a medicine cabinet, but there was hardly a spot to set your toothpaste on the sink. Overall, the spot worked for our short stay."
LBI Townhouse-Middle Of The Action-Walk To Everything!

"Love being able to park the car and walk to everything! My only recommendation would be to provide more towels and replace the metal hangers in the closet with plastic ones. My family always has a great week and never wants to come home."

"The house was very much as pictured in the photos. The layout was perfect and the location of the house itself is unbeatable!! We had a small issue with the door, not locking on the slider and they immediately sent someone over to fix it. If I had to make a criticism , I have rented a lot of homes. I know this is a new trend and not particularly just this house but bringing your own sheets and towels and then charging 1000 cleanup fee when no one is washing sheets and remaking beds seems a little crazy to me. There were very few forks (5 for a house this size?) and only big spoons . Two of the kitchen cabinets did not have handles and had electrical tape that you used to pull the cabinets open , the cutlery , pots and pans, and things of that nature were all over the place. There was no real organization and when you’re staying in a house for a week and cooking, for me at least, those kinds of things make a difference. I know these types of things might seem nitpicky and they’re not at all things that ruined our week by any means! It’s a phenomenal location and a great house with a beautiful yard, but maybe types things someone would like to know beforehand."
