The room was clean and the linens were fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many different items and was good. The only negative was the tile in the shower had some mold on it and should have been cleaned with a brush and cleaner. I told the front desk manager and he said they would take care of it.

What I like is it is near the places I went. -Room stinks with the smell of dog. It’s animal friendly but. Please maintain, even old hotels are neat and clean. - water pressure is low for the flusher. -head board was not dusted because hand marks are printed. -Staff are not friendly. The day duty was so impatient. - door lobby should have an automatic door opener because it’s hard to get in or out especially guests who have groceries.

That was THE single most disgusting room I have ever been in. Moldy shower, filthy walls, dead flies around AND I found a used diaper. If I hadn't had driven nearly 12 hours I would have left to look for another location. The lobby was fine. The staff nice. I have pictures and will be asking for a refund when I have more than a phone.

The ceiling was a bit of a mess, you could see they must of had water Damage, and tried to repair the ceiling , but being stucco it is very hard to match. Other wise, ok I guess. But the young man that checked us in did everything in his power to help make things the best he could, Thank you to him, I am sorry We can't remember his name, but he was from Africa , very well brought up young man.

I am concerned about the level of cleanliness in the bathroom. There was an old shampoo bottle left in the shower. The drain in the bathroom sink does not drain and the floor was sticky to walk on. The Kleenex box was empty. The heat/cooling system was not accessible and I worried about touching it. The staff were very polite and pleasant at check in. The bed was very comfortable. We went for the advertised "hot breakfast". There was no milk for cereal, no pancake/waffle as the machine was broken and no eggs/other items-the chafing dish was empty. All in all a very disappointing experience and therefore we won't be back.

I do not recommend this hotel. It’s old and run down, and needs maintenance. Our room was not very clean- dusty and the bathroom tub had mildewed grout, old faucets, cracked tiles, and holes where the TP holder was put up after it was broken. We asked for clean towels and never got them. The bed was good and the breakfast was fine. We stayed 2 nights w a reservation so would lose money to leave so we stayed. It was relatively quiet but lots of smokers by the doors. It was not worth what we paid.

My husband and I stayed in a room on the main floor. The room smelled like carpet cleaning product like it was trying to hide a smell. The cleaners even left the window open to air the place out. Once the perfume smelling product wore off the dingy smell of the carpet came out. It had a musky old smell. Everytime we entered the room that’s all you can smell. Not pleasant. Washroom also had double widows with only one side having the frosted cover in one side and the other side exposed for the neighbours on the top floor to see what you’re doing in the washroom. Would be great to have the carpets taken out and the washroom windows covered properly for privacy. Other than that the property was quiet for our stay and staff were friendly.

Smell on the room was bad. Damaged walls all along the hallway. Obvious water damage in the ceiling that had shoddy workmanship to repair. Restaurant attached was permanently. Very pricey for what you got.
