The hotel is unique, in very good location walking distance to restaurants and the room we stayed(multiple beds) was spacious with high ceilings plus we had a pretty view of Lake Superior. The breakfast was great too and thanks to Jason the food was always replenished.

It’s an amazing historic building that has been renovated into beautiful and unique rooms which all the amenities you could want and a varied and hot breakfast. The staff is very helpful and polite. We stay there everytime we are in Thunder Bay which is several times a year. My only complaint is that I wish they would reduce their pet fee down from the very expensive $40.00 per night.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, historic building. Although the floors are a bit squeaky, the extensive woodwork and furniture matched the beauty of the building. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast room is also decorated to match the period of the building. We will definitely again.
