All of the amenities and comforts of home are provided including a washer and dryer, a private balcony with a priceless view, and a cozy fireplace. This studio style cabin offers two queen size beds, love seat, reclining chair, and dining table/chairs. Air mattress, pack & play, and high chair available upon request.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved relaxing in the treehouse and enjoyed the proximity to Crystal Mountain, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Traverse City.

What a great place!

Great experience in the treehouse!!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Treehouse! It was very clean, well equipped, including games, toys and movies for the family. The hosts were very thoughtful and responsive. We enjoyed the privacy and ambience in the woods, but still being close to plenty of things to do and see. We had a great stay and would go back! Highly recommend for a great getaway!!

The perfect little home!

Easy to find, so peaceful and quiet. The house was so clean and had every little amenity you could think of which made traveling that much easier. We drove to Traverse City, Old Mission Peninsula, Leelanau and Frankfort and the drives were beautiful and easy. We cannot wait to come back and bring our family!

Memorable family getaway!

This was an incredible stay! Fred, Patty, Jess, and Ashlee thought of every detail and comfort as they designed and outfitted the treehouses. It was sparkling clean and welcoming. We were here for a bike weekend and we’re 45min from TART trails of Traverse City, Sleeping Bear heritage trail, and Betsie Valley trail. Great stay, highly recommend!!!

Nice property in a private setting

A luxury room in a private forested setting. If you are looking to "get away", this is your place. Well appointed with everything you might need furnished. Very quiet and peaceful. Only downside is that it is several miles from civilization (as advertised).

We enjoyed everything about our stay! It is literally in the middle of the forest - which is what we loved about it! The hosts added thoughtful touches and thought of everything! It is nicely decorated and you can tell was made and furnished with higher quality materials and furnishings. I hope we are able to stay again! Highly recommend for anyone! Peaceful getaway

We had a short weekend getaway here and it was top notch. The hosts have thought of every detail to make the stay amazing. We stayed with our daughter (8) who is in a wheelchair and was pleased with the accessibility of the cabin. Our 4 year old loved the great selections of DVDs and games and toys. We thoroughly enjoyed the beauty and peacefulness of the forest. It was amazing to stand on the deck and see nothing but trees and hear NOTHING. Thank you for the wonderful experience,

What a little gem. Immaculately clean. Owners have thought of everything and they will completely spoil your kids with thoughtful goodies. Beds comfortable. Kitchen is stocked. A great spot to rent to just relax and cozy up in. River canoe/kayak spot is about 10 mins down the road from here that we enjoyed. 30 mins to Frankfurt for a beach day.

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! The treehouse was a perfect getaway for our family of six to get away, slow down and soak up some time in nature. We absolutely loved it. Cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The thoughtful design and use of space was awesome. The host went above and beyond, everything we could think of was covered. We enjoyed a lunch out at the Iron Fish Distillery, in one of the base camp tents. Had a dinner at The Laughing Horse Saloon and enjoyed countless hikes on the beautiful property. Highly recommend Tree House Ridge! Thanks for having us!

Perfect getaway

The tree house was a dream. Very clean and very peaceful. Nestled in the trees, this was the perfect place to enjoy being unplugged from reality. My teen daughter loved it so much, she didn't want to leave. The hosts thought of everything. If you forgot something, don't worry they had you covered! They were very kind and responsive. We enjoyed meeting Fred and learning about his family's vision for THR. I have been recommending to my friends/family and we plan on returning in the future.
