Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Downtown Thibodaux. Walk to all that downtown has to offer whether it be to the many boutique shops, eateries, festivals, a leisurely walk along Bayou Lafourche, or just to peruse all of the historical buildings and houses. There are nine restaurants within walking distance with one doubling as a coffee shop/bakery.
The apartment consists of 1300 square feet of living space upstairs (main living area) and an additional 280 square feet downstairs. The second full bath is located in the downstairs area. The main entrance is downstairs at the back of the building. Off street parking can accommodate Up to four cars.
