Staff was very helpful, the room was very clean. Drinks in the casino were free ,very strong on the alcohol. If you like soul food the restaurant is very good.

Room was nice clean .They had a coffee machine but didn't leave but enough for one cup and no creamer. Didn’t replace after the first night or clean room.The parking garage was well lit at night and was large with plenty of parking spaces..

The hotel and staff were amazing the only thing is the room, we did not have a microwave, no coffee filters and our phone was not working. Also the pool was out of order the entire time we were there. The room was clean.

The hotel did disappoint. There was no hot water and no internet! Additionally, the room was quite dark and dingy, with only two lamps in the room, neither of which were bright. We had trouble looking through suitcases in the almost dark room! The hotel outside and lobby are so nice I couldn't believe that the room was so below expectations. Would not recommend. Staff were very friendly though. Food choices at night were limited and overpriced.

You can get a good meal at the attached casino if you can afford it. I like that there is lots of covered parking. There is free coffee in the morning, but no breakfast that you would normally expect. The refrigerator is only a 16 in; there is no microwave in the room. TV channels are minimal; Internet is terrible. It's easy to get on the freeway from the hotel; the area is safe. Room temperature is controllable. The staff is pleasant. The fire alarm, which is exceptionally loud (hearing damaging), inadvertently went off any for quite a time, they couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

The hotel was very clean, room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The restaurants were closed, except for a small walk up. The casino is very small. It feels a little sad, like the poor place is going to close any minute. If you just need a clean space to sleep.. this is it. But if you are looking for the whole package… this is not it.
