Supermarkets right in the vicinity, bus-stop across the street and many shops,taverns and cafes in the neighbourhood. Air-conditioned(DAIKIN), wifi and private entrance. Really quite. It is a very cosy and warm studio, with the bedroom separate and hidden by a partition.The sofa is convertible and very comfortable for two people.There is a quite big bathroom with a washing machine installed,and the kitchinette is adequately equipped. As mentioned above the studio has got a DAIKIN air-conditioner. As we own a small pet, we allow small pets in the studio too. I am always there to answer any questions they may have, give them some useful tips about the city and help them out. It is a quite and nice neighbourhood that all guests feel secure. Every Monday there is an open market 50 metres away, where they can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, poultry and even fish. The instructions were clear though. Roughest part was to climb the stairs with heavy bags. Studio was clean with cute little valcony wich was our favorite spot when we hanged out .
