You are invited to visit Thessaloniki and its sights. Get to know the city's multicultural history through a journey in time. The residence is located in the center of the city, on a very beautiful, tranquil and yet lively road (Pavlou Mela), with dense tree trunks. It is one of the first urban residencies that were built in Thessaloniki, after the Great Fire of 1917, influenced by the French architectural school. Since 1930 the apartment is standing there and lives the history of the city and its people. Fully renovated, with respect to its history and its architectural line, especially high ceiling, with its excellently preserved original relief ceilings, the residence is equipped with all the modern comforts that the city visitor would like to have. It is the ideal accommodation that will pleasantly accommodate you, for a few or more days, comfortable enough for couples or for groups up to 6 people. There is a sofa-couch and a separate children's room with a bunker bed big enough to accommodate adults (2,05 meters long). Anything that the visitor needs is easy to find in the nearby city market. Super Markets and banks are on the same street as the residence. All touristic sights are within walking distance.

Super apartment

Nikos is a nice host. Apartment is lovely and in the middle of the centre. You can walk to all the major sites. Lovely restaurants and bars nearby. Great shopping district. Lively neighbourhood in the weekends. We fully enjoyed our stay!
