Large room with 2 very powerful air con units. Whilst the room was clean there were clear signs of wear and tear throughout, especially in the bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfy and the free toiletries were of a good quality. The location of the hotel was also incredibly convenient as I was only 10-15 minutes walk away from both the train station and the beach. As a solo traveller not wanting to spend a fortune it was perfect for me, however if I was after a more upmarket offering I would pick a different location.

Good quality and variety breakfast, there are plenty of shops, cafes and parkings in the area as it is close to the city centre. The downsides, room was small and there was quite strong smell of sewage in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel felt quite outdated with old furniture.

Very nice hotel, in excellent location within 10 minutes walk of a very vibrant bar and restaurant area. Easy walk to Upper Town and the Station for day trip out to Edessa. Nice breakfast an great reception staff. The Expedia organised airport transfer limousine company was great too

Pros: The hotel staff were extremely polite and friendly. The room was cleaned thoroughly and kept in good condition, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was included and exceeded my expectations for a complimentary hotel breakfast. There was a good variety of vegetables, sausages, ham, bacon, and different types of bread, along with scrambled eggs and hard-boiled eggs. French toast and Greek-style desserts were also available, providing plenty of options. Cons: The hotel facilities are quite dated. Although the room was clean and the lobby and common areas have a charming classic atmosphere, it was difficult to overlook the age of the guest rooms. Guests who place a high value on modern accommodations and comfort may find this somewhat disappointing. In addition, the TV automatically turned on every time I entered the room, and the volume was set very loud. It would be much better if this feature could be adjusted or disabled. There was also a large separate area next to the bedroom, divided by a door. I did not use this space, so it was not an issue for me, but the flooring appeared to have mold or mold stains. It felt like an underutilized area, and I believe the hotel could increase the value of the rooms significantly by removing the partition and renovating this space. It seemed like a missed opportunity given the otherwise strong aspects of the property.

Well located, friendly staff.

It's a well located, well used, city centre tourist hotel. As such it's a little tired in places but the staff were very helpful and friendly and the beds were clean comfortable. Warning for those that drive there. There is only drop off parking outside the hotel but there are private car parks nearby. Unfortunately our minibus wouldn't fit in the car parks so I drove around for an hour trying to find a spot, eventually parking 15 minutes walk away.

I would like to express my appreciation for my recent stay at your hotel. I found the hotel's proximity to various tourist attractions to be quite convenient. Additionally, the neighborhood is both pleasant and conducive to walking. The reception staff were exceptionally courteous, and the breakfast selection was quite impressive, offering a wide range of options with the staff being notably kind and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the bathroom in my room, as well as the spacious and enjoyable balcony; however, I noted the absence of furniture on the balcony, which would have enhanced the experience. Overall, I had a delightful stay at your hotel and would be pleased to return in the future.
