Unfortunately, you left without notifying us or settling the outstanding balance for the extra nights you have requested and we accepted by doing additional changes in our reservation schedule, which is essential for the smooth operation of our establishment. Additionally, you made negative remarks, such as cleanliness, which is not true, since we have everyday cleaning in all rooms and without any additional charge..It is essential to emphasize that guests who leave without any notification and/or without paying the remaining balance, certainly do help build trustworthy communication between establisment and guest and contribute to the industry-wide trend of hotels implementing non-refundable payment policies.
