Therma Beach consists of a pebbled strand and an extraordinary natural pool of warm water just off the southern coast of Kos. Start at the back-left pool for mild water and gradually move through the hotter pools. It is thought the waters contain some healing properties that are beneficial for body and mind. Therma Beach is a little west of Agios Fokas, in the southeastern part of the island of Kos. From the town of Kos, travel by car clockwise around the southeastern capes for 7 miles (12 kilometers) to get here in about 20 minutes. Park at the top of the cliff and walk down the path leading to the beach.
