(39 reviews) We had a fantastic time at Cabana Blue Hotel! The place was perfect for a fun and relaxing getaway with friends. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome — everyone was super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the food. Every meal was full of flavor, and there was a great variety to choose from. Whether you’re into local dishes or international cuisine, there’s something for every taste — and it was all delicious! The hotel had everything we needed to enjoy our stay to the fullest. Whether we were hanging out by the pool, exploring the area, or just relaxing in our rooms, everything was comfortable and convenient. Overall, a great experience! (23 reviews) We stayed in a 2 bedroom bungalow which was spacious and clean. However as we were on the ground floor we had no view which was a shame. The bedrooms were air conditioned but the living room was not which meant we did not really use it. The air conditioning controls for the bedrooms were rather complicated and difficult to find the setting we needed. The hotel grounds were beautiful with lots of lovely plants and flowers and the main hotel building was lovely. The beach was convenient (although across a road which could be tricky with younger children) but the sand was very dirty and gritty. We didn't mind the stones and boulders as we wore water shoes but the litter including cigarette butts was unpleasant. There was a lot of smoking around the hotel. We didn't sit around the hotel in the evenings after dinner because the seating area outside was quite cramped and when we tried it we were engulfed in smoke. The pool was lovely. Refreshing but not too cold but at times the music was far too loud to the point where I couldn't even hear what I was trying to listen to through my headphones. The animation team were great though and really friendly. The staff in the dining room and at reception were always lovely but some of the older bar staff were the opposite. Rude and off hand which was a shame. Overall though a great holiday and the kids loved it! (144 reviews) Lovely hotel , staying in October outside of any school holidays, so hotel not too busy , plenty of sun loungers, attentive staff, place felt very clean, tidy and well maintained. The all inclusive was excellent, enjoyed working though the cocktail menu. Good dining options, the app was very useful - should promote that more, with QR codes etc.. in reception. Friendly reception, very helpful booking taxis. Few times we got taxi to Kos town, then walked back. All very flat - so easy walking. Booked excursion and went to Zia for sunset in the mountains, which was beautiful. Also managed to squeeze in boat ride to Bodrum, Turkey. Overall really impressed with Kos and would certainly come back and stay at the same hotel. Indoor adult pool in the spa was a hidden gem. If the outdoor pools were a few degrees warmer I’d have swam in them more, but the sea was a little warmer and beautiful, so clear.. happily swam in the sea everyday - hotel is in great spot to enjoy the sea.
