"Great newly refurbished chateau with nice location and friendly staff. Overall the hotel has a nice ambience, staff are sweet and attentive. Théoule is a little quiet, so if you’re looking for “Cannes vibe”, this is not your preferred choice. Also the only restaurant open in the evening is the beach club, and the fine dining. "Our trip to this area was to be spent primarily in St. Tropez, and we were disappointed at having to stay outside of St. Tropez. However, it didn't take long for us to realize how lucky we were to have stayed in Ste-Maxime, and at Montfleuri specifically, after all. Aside from the fact that it took us 30-40 minutes to travel each way (15 KM), St. Tropez was beautiful but very congested and heavily populated. We ended up spending more time in Ramatouelle (Pampelonne beach) than St. Tropez itself....
