2/2 Courtyard Villa with Private Backyard and Golf Cart!

  • Our fully furnished courtyard villa is located in the Village of Duval, perfectly central to both Lake Sumter and Brownwood Squares and close to the neighborhood pool and Seabreeze Recreation Center. The PERFECT central location for avid golfers.

    Enjoy beautiful and relaxing beach decor, a dual reclining sofa and chaise lounge, stand up electric grill on the Lanai, and Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom along with high speed internet and NO CARPETING!

    Convert the guest bedroom and bathroom to a private ensuite using the pocket door for guests. Total privacy in the back and side yard with an 8 foot courtyard wall surrounding the property and no neighbors directly behind you. The lanai is "carpeted" with soft turf, making it a great place for morning coffee or a cocktail and is screened in so you can leave the slider open when weather permits.

    There is a gorgeous dining room and everything you would need to cook and entertain. Colony Plaza Publix is our grocery store and one of the best Publix in the Villages. Or, jump on the snazzy red golf cart and head out to dinner instead!

    And you don't have to be retired to enjoy The Villages. Come for a golf trip with the guys, a romantic getaway or take the kids to Disney, just over an hour away!
