The custom made coffered ceiling with matching crystal chandelier is stunning. This corner lot home includes porcelain plank floors throughout, with level 5 granite in the kitchen and both baths. Relax and enjoy the view of Bonita Pass golf course and it s lake from the four positions hot tub. The hot tub is professionally maintained weekly. The kitchen appliances are all brand new stainless with a whisper quiet dishwasher, door in door fridge with two icemakers, and stove with double porcelain oven and powerful microwave. Backsplash is a mosaic of porcelain and iridized glass. Newly installed waterproof curtains in the lanai assure you privacy. Across the street is Fish Hawk Recreation Center with a huge pool, six pool tables, horseshoes, along with Bocce, Tennis, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard courts. Two doors down are two more executive golf courses with practice green and lakes. The owner was an importer of fine accessories and this home shows it. You will be surrounded with original art and Natuzzi leather furniture. Plenty of linen napkins for your dining experience includes fine bone china , sterling silver flatware and fine crystal goblets. There is a dining room table for six inside and a bistro table for four in the lanai. The lighted master bed is very comfortable as is the poster bed in the front bedroom. Stereo towers house a phonograph, CD, DVD, and Karaoke machine and an old player of 78 records, just for fun. The home includes a four person golf cart, bicycles, and golf clubs left for your use. Great Location: 1.3 miles (5 minutes by golf cart) to what we consider the best Country Club food (Cane Garden) and superb Championship Golf Course. 12 minute golf cart ride to Sumter Landing Square, 15 minute by golf cart to Brownwood Square and about 22 minutes by cart to Spanish Springs.. Everywhere you look, you find where he has worked on and improved the basic home until it is quite remarkable. The location was perfect for getting around to all the activities and squares! The 4 person electric golf cart worked beautifully and we never worried traversing through The Villages. Everything worked, including his grill, and it was very easy to settle in. Because of all of their beautiful decorative items, the one suggestion we might have is to child proof the home before grandkids come a calling!
