St. Charles- Liberty Park - Pennecamp - 466A - Lake Sumter Landing The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages. Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines. Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises at any time. Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
