"The hotel was amazing and the staff was great. We had a couple of issues with our plumbing and it was taken care of immediately. My only issue was that the breakfast was the same every single day that we were there. And the rooms have limited shampoo conditioner (little tiny bottles). Leave your air-conditioning very low when you leave your room otherwise when you come back it will smell very musty. I would recommend this hotel for families. Great day and great location!"

"Overall good stay. I’m not a fan of hotels ditching the physical soap bars though. That and the thermostat stops at 68, not so good during summer. And it seems special requests here don’t get factored into planning until the moment you check in. So if you want a room close to the elevators because walking the half mile to the other end with a blown out knee hurts, better plan for that walk. Otherwise it’s Margaritaville, what’s not to love!"

"We had a wonderful stay during our Smoky Mountains trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. The room was well maintained, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay after spending the day exploring the Smoky Mountains. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended for families visiting the Smoky Mountains!"
