"It was good. We stayed for about a week and a few days. Cleaning comes by every 4 days but I think you have to remind them to come by to clean. Rooms are nice, we had a big window overlooking the bridge but it was heavily worn. The room we got wasn’t like the picture but it was nice. There wasn’t a proper dining place in the room that we got so that was inconvenient. It’s a little small for three people. Communication with host was good, they are pretty responsive and nice. We had a problem with the AC leaking and they got it fixed it right away. Really good place for the price I would say. The laundry service is good but crazy expensive. Wouldn’t recommend it unless you really need it. There are also one grocery store and two convenience stores right below. Also a pharmacy too. Really nice point. The washing machine in the unit works great for small loads but you just need to hang your clothes to dry afterwards if you’re fine with that. Location is convenient, really close to the popular markets and city center. Super easy for Grab to come in/drop off. Overall it’s a great place for the price point and great location over all. I would recommend taking into account that it’s over the bridge Cau Ong Lanh so there is a lot of traffic. Time your commute wisely."

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The most outstanding part was the staff. I happened to lose my passport while there and the staff went above and beyond for me. I don’t think I could have figured it all out without them. They treated me with so much kindness that I will remember them for the rest of my life!"

"We loved the Lotte hotel inn Ho Chi Minh. Easy to get to everything we wanted to see, e.g the war museum, markets, restaurants etc. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, the staff impeccable, and the facilities were perfect. The only negative was that the Lotte hotel had now spoilt me so much, I don’t think I want to stay in any other hotel chain in the future."
