"always enjoy staying at the Westin, and this visit was no exception. The beautiful view and the comfortable bed made it easy to relax after a long day, which is one of the main reasons I continue to choose this hotel. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was well below my expectations this time. While the towels were replaced, I found hair on the floor, small toy debris left in the room, and the refrigerator was not in a clean condition. I believe the housekeeping team would benefit from more thorough training, especially regarding floor cleanliness and attention to detail. On a very positive note, the staff at the Club Lounge on the 11th floor were outstanding. Their friendly, professional service made the experience truly enjoyable and was one of the highlights of my stay. Overall, I had another pleasant stay, but improving housekeeping standards would make the experience much more consistent with the high quality I normally expect from the Westin."

"The rooms were very clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are traveling with a family I would suggest at least multiple rooms as the pullout couch has a stock mattress. Which is what it is. All the beds though were comfortable and bedding was all very clean. Breakfast was great and valet service was awesome. Recommend paying for the valet for the entire trip. For 2 nights it was a total of approximately $112. Or about $50 a day if you go that way. If you decide to park on your own beware, all parking is pay by the hour starting at about $25 in the public parking."

"The air conditioner in the window blew right onto the bed next to it! It felt amazing in the summer heat. Most of the French Quarter is easily reached by walking from this hotel- even for someone with limited mobility! The restaurant attached to the hotel has good breakfast, too. Staff were kind and helpful! Overall, a great stay."
