"I think this is a very tired, old hotel that needs to be retired. Everything was clean but that was about it. Mostly, I think it is crime to charge $100.00 for a pet fee without even telling us. The staff member just handed me a page of rules and said “initial here and sign and date here”. This was a full page of small print and there were 3 people behind me waiting to check in. Unfortunately for me, I did not read all of the small print and she did not tell me my pet was going to cost me $100.00. That is absolutely insane. I will never make a reservation at TownPlace Suites” specialty for this reason."
