The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The room was well maintained, the air conditioning worked great and parking was easy and convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a good place to stay while visiting the area. I didn’t have any major issues and would stay here again. The only issues are the elevators.

The hotel is marginal at best. The room needs small repairs. The tv remote did not work. The bedside lamp would not turn off. The bed was clean and had adequate pillows. The bathroom needs repairs to details and the ceiling is stained by mold (I think it’s mold anyway).

The shower head could have been replaced. The bed was comfortable. The TV, well we had to ask for new remote, got it. However, we could not adjust the volume at all. The phone in the room did not work. The guests that were there, well they lived there. At check out they, we had to ask for a print out of room charges. Then they could not print it and they really did not want to look into fixing it to give us a copy. It was decent for the price, however would not recommend it as a place to stay.

Okay - let's start with the homeless person who may have even been dead (as he was laying on the sidewalk for over an hour) outside of the rooms. Then how dirty the grounds were (except for the very front where people pull in and the one side of the hotel where they were keeping things clean for guests to think it was clean. TV didn't work -- light above sink didn't work -- Have you ever been in a hotel room that didn't have a light switch when you walked in? You had to walk across to get to a light. In defense I asked to be on the first floor as I had a lot of work luggage and they accommodated but the grounds needed to be swept, they needed overnight security or at least a person keeping an eye on things. It was quiet. Nobody broke into my car. I stayed the weekend and wasn't accosted.

This is always our go-to. I love the outdoor entrances. Fairly well priced, clean and comfortable. Some of the staff leave much to be desired but overall typically good experiences. I just wish they would open the pool back up. Oh and breakfast in the morning is always a plus.

Extremely disappointing and unsafe experience. I would strongly advise families, especially those traveling with children, to stay away from this hotel. The staff were consistently rude, unprofessional, and showed little interest in helping guests. The surrounding environment felt unsafe, with drug addicts frequently loitering around the property, making it uncomfortable and concerning for families. Instead of enjoying a relaxing stay, we constantly felt uneasy. The breakfast advertised is completely misleading and nowhere near worth paying extra for. Calling it a "breakfast buffet" is a stretch. The selection was limited to basic bread, pancakes, tea, coffee, cereal, and occasionally bananas as the only fruit option. There was virtually no variety, quality, or value. Between the rude staff, questionable surroundings, and disappointing breakfast, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Save your money and book somewhere that actually values its guests and provides a safe, family-friendly environment.

The small check-in girl had the most amazing “zero f**ks” attitude as she vaguely waved us in the general direction of our room. The room was ok, the holes in the ceiling and the tub caulking that got all over my foot (I perched my foot to shave the first night- did not repeat the mistake again). Fridge was a good sized. No housekeeping was offered, but didn’t need it. So that may be a concern for some that do want daily service. Bring your own pillows if you don’t like small squishy ones. Questionable characters hang out in the parking lot, especially at night. The Mexican restaurant in the parking lot was *chefs kiss* really amazing. We ended up eating there 2 times, which is not something we normally do when on vacation (duplicate visits). For breakfast, travel down the road to Urban Egg or Snooze. They do brunch style 7 days a week and close around 2pm. Both were outstanding.

It’s ok. No room service on daily basis to clean rooms. Breakfast was ok. Everything we have to collect from the front office. I would suggest if you come to Colorado make sure they can provide daily room service. Only thing that’s was good that staff was cooperative and pleasant.

Very poor maintenance over all. The bottom step going to 2nd floor is too high, which is a code violation and a safety hazard. In fact, I tripped and fell into the rail, which was very rough, and shaky...The bathroom door was difficult to close and the bathtub was dirty. I will say this...the beds and pillows were actually comfortable...

They put me on the 3 floor with NO WORKING Elevator. Stairs super crazy to walk up. You had cement or stainless steel stairs with the hand rail with duck tape wrapped on some of the hand rails. Room was clean BUT no working TV and one extra in the closet that didn't WORK ( 2 tv that didn't work. They have a pool but it was covers and it was a high of 80's all three days. Dog area was not clean, old poop still seen. The breakfast was horrible, they have a juice machine for apple and orange but the machine didn't work. They offer waffles but had NO batter or butter, the had cereal but NO milk. Other guest we ran into had dirty bedding and no towels. They had a homeless person living behind their trash can. For what I paid for July 4 it was not worth my stay and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay their.

STAY AWAY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The exterior of the building was in absolute shambles that rust was everywhere, even on the broken concrete steps. The convenient breakfast was also terrible with little to no better options, just cereal, toast and waffles. The juice machine was out of order just like the elevators on site that’s been out of order for months. Our room was somewhat clean but there were spots of unclean areas. The ac unit, lights, tv, fridge and microwave did work. I did have hot water in the bathroom. There was plenty of parking and its location is very convenient to the highway. If you want to stay somewhere cheap and close to the highway, okay here. But if you are staying in a multi days trip, go somewhere else.

I got early check-in at 2:00 pm. I could barely understand the attendant ( Eastern Indian or some other Middle East dialect) I got a room with two beds. One of the beds had stained sheets (looked like blood stains). There were trash bags on the side of the pathway to the room from check-in at 2:00 pm till about 7:00 pm. The electric vehicle receptacles were both non-functional. The toilet leaked and every time it flushed, there was water coming out between the tile on the floor. One of the light fixtures was broken. The alarm clock was just a broken piece of trash that wasn't functional and should have been in the trash. The shower was a tub-shower and was so gross, I didn't even use it. They had the audacity to charge a $100 deposit for damage. What a joke!!! Other than all the above-mentioned things, it was great. (NOT LOL) !! I had the opportunity to use La Quinta in Provo, UT, and, needless to say, I passed.

This was by far the worst hotel experience we've had of all the hotels booked with Expedia. We waited an hour past check in for one of our two rooms, we had no hot water in one room, breakfast was a joke. There was nothing to eat except waffles and cereals without milk. The coffee, toast/bread, milk were completely empty and no supervision of the area was maintained. The juice machine was broken/empty and there wasn't even water. When we brought this to the attention if the front desk he had no plan to fix or refill anything at 830....with 1.5 hours left in breakfast. When I pressed, he left...got one loaf of bread which he dumped into the bread box. He said he could get more milk if anyone wanted. We had 4 people in our group that had not eaten and several other guests trying to figure out what to eat and drink. While I did not expect white glove service at a less expensive hotel, I expected what I paid for. A clean comfortable room and a continental breakfast. I got neither. I had to take my party out and spend an additional $100 on breakfast. I will be connecting with La Quienta.
