"The room was very clean but the air conditioner didn't work. The hot tub jets wouldnt come on and the light in the hot tub was broken. It was very loud at night from the upstairs, but the breakfast was great and staff was very nice. "

"The property was very clean and well kept. During our stay, workers were attentive and very friendly. The location is perfect for accessing Golden 1 Arena, the surrounding mall and Old Sacramento."

"Wonderful pet friendly hotel. Only wish that the pet rooms were on the first floor. We had a balcony room but it was right over the restaurant outdoor dining area and noisy to sit outside or leave the door open. Also, was afraid to let our dog out on the balcony in case it had an “accident” over the edge on someone’s head or onto their food! But, had the best bathtub I’ve ever been in, very comfortable with the raised back and perfect for one person that filled quickly. Great water pressure and fast hot water! Also, a fantastic bike/walk trail along the river, but unfortunately also along the freeway. Still quite enjoyable for a dog walk. Overall a really nice stay. "

"Would not stay there again . Staff was very rude , breakfast was bad, room wouldn’t close , parking grounds was very dirty lots of weird people just roaming around smoking . Room was very clean had a strong cigar smell , door wouldn’t close we had to put bench against door for the night , towels were stained . "

"I've stayed here a few times and can honestly say they have very clean rooms. Service yesterday lacked a little but that's nothing to do with staff, the system went down an it delayed everyone trying to check-in. However FOH staff handled it as professional as possible despite the angry mob huddled around them. Overall, I always enjoy staying here, free wifi, guest laundry room, pets are welcomed, Denny's and Jack in the Box are next door. I only wish all the rooms had a smart TV. Sometimes I'm in a room without a smart TV and that sucks but the cleanliness of the rooms are always up to par. "
