No hot tub or pool as advertised. Walked 9 flights of stairs because the elevators didn’t work. Zero signs. The staff is terrible. I also valeted my car. After paying for expedited I waited 49 minutes before begging the attendant for my keys and went and got my car myself. No one cared this entire time including the mailer on the bonvoy app to the staff. I overpaid
