Town House in Central Wells with parking

8/10 Good

"This was a lovely place to stay so close to the centre of Wells and all that it has to offer. We had a safe and secure place to keep our bicycles and a car parking space as well which is hard to find in the centre of Wells."

The Ancient Gatehouse Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was lovely, very well situated with wonderful views of the Cathedral. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was very good, with local produce and additional extras - nothing was too much trouble. The building is very old and I would assume listed so the decor reflects that in keeping the original features such as the steep stairs which were actually fine to climb. Overall lovely stay and would definitely stay again."

A very beautiful village with lots of history. Michael was very welcoming. Anything we needed was no trouble. He told us some amazing places to visit. We got to see the farm and meet the cows.
