"They were excellent all the way around. We arrived at 3:40 to the 4:00 check in and they served us immediately. I let the gentleman at the front desk know that we were celebrating my husbands 74th birthday that day and he said he would send a bottle of wine. Instead we received a goodie basket with wine glasses cookies and candy. It was amazing. The coffee was also excellent"

"Just booked my second stay for this hotel. We loved this hotel. The location is perrrrfect....so many restaurants and shops. Practically next door to the Buena Vista which was a huge pleasant surprise. Great local coffee shop across the street, and 2 really good breakfast spots also across the street. Trolley access, bike tours are super close by... everything. If you are traveling for the San Francisco marathon, this is a great spot."
