"Host were well organized and the venue was clean when we got there.Kitchen was also well organized with everything available to cook. There was a couple thing that made our stay less comfortable like the water pump (or something else that we couldn't see) that was very loud during the night waking me up a couple times during the 2 nights we stayed. We are also non-French speaking for the most part but the communication was wonderful, the chalet was gorgeous and met everyone's needs - we would definitely recommend this place and the hosts to anyone looking for great service and value! "The space was great for our party of 11 - bigger then it looked on the photos. We really enjoyed the location and the common areas. Some complaints are that the pillows were awful - lumpy and uncomfortable.This house does NOT sleep 14 people. Our smallest person, a12 year old child, could not fit on the futon beds. And there was no extra bedding even if that had been possible. Other then that, it was well appointed, the bathrooms were great and the laundry area was good. We especially loved that...
