"the sheets and towels were well worn, but not stained. the room was a bit stuffy but not enough to complain about. Overall acceptable. Breakfast was typical continental with some additional hot options, and very well attended, so better than average. The exterior of the property blends very well into the wooded surroundings in a way that feels serene and calming. I did not get a chance to use the pool, but it looked inviting and well-maintained. I would stay again."

"Great charming cabin. Easy to get to location and close to shopping, activities and a few restaurants. Comfortable beds and sofas. Kitchen had everything we need. Saw a deer a couple times and some ducks. Great value. Only negative, and we could of misread, was dock was a short walk away. Seemed like it was at the back of cabin, so no early coffee on the dock. Very peaceful lake. Host was very responsive to messages and a call."

"We had a fantastic stay at Goshron Lake resort! The amenities were great, especially for families with kids. My daughter loved the pool, beach and getting to kayak for the first time. Downtown Saugatuck was less than a 5 minute drive down the road, and same with Douglas. Such cute towns with lots to do. We are already talking about coming back next summer!"
