"The water pressure in bathroom was low and water was barely warm. Someone on our floor was staying in the room with the dog that was barking throughout the whole night and morning. Other then that, no complaints, but warm water and good night sleep are important"

"First, this property is quaint and so serene. It is exactly as pictured and perfect for a solo traveler (as myself). I rented the loft. The pool was surprisingly cool since it’s been scorching hot in Florida. Gabriela was a good host. She was very welcoming and quick to respond when I had any questions or issues. The door knob stopped working (wouldn’t recognize my PIN) and Gabriela fixed the issue immediately. The property is located in a perfect area: secluded if you want peaceful scenery and close to restaurants/interstate if you want to be in the city. I would 100% rent this loft again"

"Hotel was new and very nice but when we got to Our room a straw was on the bed, fast food napkins on the nightstand and the toilet was not flushed. It seemed like someone took a lunch break in our clean room. Front desk staff apologized, moved us to a new room. The next morning in the shower I found out the soap/shampoo was empty. While it’s a very new nice looking hotel, housekeeping must not be so great."

"The lake house near Westchase was an excellent property. There was plenty of space for a multigenerational stay with 6 adults. Check in was a breeze and communication with Ross was very timely. Beds were comfortable in all rooms. House was very nicely appointed. And lots of fun to be had between the pool, game tables and huge tv! There were just a few small and inexpensive things that needed repaired and would make the home truly perfect. The latch on screen door to the dock needs repaired, pool cues needed new tips (except one to share) and a few of the pans were really rusted and aged. Minor updates aside - don’t hesitate to book. This is truly a gem in the Tampa area. We’ll be back for sure!"
