"I was overall very pleased with the room. Just a couple of critiques. The water in the shower took an extremely long time to get warm (more than 10 minutes for me; I was the first to shower). It would also be nice if the shower doors were frosted. With it being a suite and having multiple guests sharing one bathroom, it would be nice if while one was in the shower, others could use the bathroom to put on makeup or other things. I was unable to do that, as I wasn't about to walk into the bathroom while one of my parents was in the shower. Besides those two minor critiques, I would say this is one my my favorite hotels in the Milwaukee area (and I've stayed at many while there to attend Brewers games over the past 10 years)."

"Place was dirty. I had to go to the reception to have someone actually come to my room and clean the bathroom. Don’t ever recommend anyone to come. My sisters room had a roach in it. We had the rooms rented for 2 nights and left Saturday night after seeing the roach in the room. I have a video of the bathroom and how dirty it was they checked us in."

"First time using one of the first floor rooms. Window curtains wouldn’t close due to electrical problems. The refrigerator was extremely noisy, had to be disconnected from the power outlet to allow us to sleep. Shower was prepared for people with special needs, but the shower would flood the area. One day stay and I had to deal with their problems one after the other. I normally charge for that."

"Pool was very small and freezing cold. Online says there is a hot tub, there is not. Outside area is dark so unable to use at night. No ice machine on level 3. Expensive for what you get."

"This is a newer property. Its a joint Residence Inn and Courtyard. Our room was immaculately clean and had a great layout. There was free underground parking attached to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of selection. Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is the flashing smoke detector right over the bed is distracting for insomniacs like me. Overall though I highly recommended this hotel!"

"I was not happy with the guest smoking right outside the entrance next to the sign that said “no smoking within 25’” otherwise, we stay here almost everytime we travel to Milwaukee area."
