The rooms are clean. The staff is great. The cleaning people are sweet and helpful. The butlers are awesome and help with any questions or help set up your excursions. The water is beautiful. Was a little rough while we were there so we went to the other side of the island and were in calmer waters. The pool and jacuzzi near our room was great. There's also one by the beach which is nice. Food was so so. It's so expensive. My kids are so picky so it was difficult to satisfy all of them. My husband and son did utilize the grocery shuttle and did some shopping. Again it's expensive. But it is what it is. That's the whole island not just one specific place. Everything has to be shipped in. I did use swift eats and ordered food from one of the restaurants and it was good. Somewhere restaurant on the beach was really good. The snorkeling excursion was awesome. My husband and kids loved it. I enjoyed staying on the boat in the sun. Iguana island was cool. I also did the clear kyack photoshoot it was a cool experience. Travel to and from the airport was easy. All and all we loved it. I would definitely recommend this place.
